Be part of the facilities team, who help to promote a positive environment across our communities, through the on-going maintenance of the grounds, gardens and general facilities needs and engagement with the homeowners.
A full time, permanent opportunity, Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm.

Position Description:
- Responsible for maintenance of the grounds, gardens including weed spraying, pool, and other common areas
- Maintenance of facilities and equipment
- Cleaning of recreation and common areas
- Ensuring the environment is safe for both staff and homeowners
- Oversee on-site security
- Other general tasks as required
Position Requirements:
- Experience in landscaping and/or garden maintenance and support, or may have recently completed a Horticulture/Landscaping (or similar) studies but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in general maintenance
- Experience within a community/lifestyle environment such as retirement living, caravan parks, resort facilities, schools, motels/hotels would be beneficial
- Hold a current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
