Indigenous Labourer (Residential Construction)

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you'll be helping to get houses ready for Quality Assurance inspections and homeowners visits. You'll work closely with the Leading Hands, assisting with any additional requirements.

Both permanent, full-time positions, Monday to Friday, 6.30am - 3.00pm.

Position Description:

• Assisting the Leading Hands with Quality Inspections
• Completing minor scope gap works on homes for handover
• Organising and coordinating delivery drop off for materials and appliances to homes
• Rubbish removal
• Cleaning houses for site visits
• Site clean ups
• Road/street cleaning

Position Requirements:

• Experience as a Labourer, working on building/construction sites or similar
• Must hold a current white card
• Your own tools, steel caps and high vis preferably but can be supplied if required
• Current drivers' licence and own reliable vehicle
• Hold a Bobcat and/or Forklift licence but not essential and experience using a telehandler, if not, training will be provided
• Reliable and punctual
• Communicative and willing to work as part of a team
