Indigenous Property Services Crew Members

Position Description:

• Conduct property services tasks including mowing, tree trimming, cleaning (interior/exterior) etc to a high standard as directed by MACH 1 Supervisor and Crew Leader
• Provide quality customer service and maintain positive client relationships
• Follow directions and procedures and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures, particularly health & safety requirements
• Contribute to asset and equipment maintenance

Position Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a can-do attitude
• Blue Card, White Card and the ability to acquire a Yellow Card

Candidate Attributes and Approach:

• Previous experience in property services or similar
• General knowledge of equipment use and maintenance needs
• Qualifications in Chainsaw and Pole Saw Operations, manual tree felling (intermediate), working safely at heights or the ability to rapidly acquire these qualifications
• Experience in working in teams
