Indigenous Warranty Leading Hand

We're looking for a trade qualified carpenter to join the Warranty Team. Based in Logan Village, you'll be responsible for carrying out all allocated warranty works at our lifestyle living communities from Logan and Logan Reserve

Position Description:

This hands-on role will see you liaising with the homeowners and managing a variety of work that can include doors and cabinetry adjustment, grouting, silicon, render, minor painting and plastering touch-ups, review of roof leaks and liaising with applicable trade.

Position Requirements :

• Carpentry trade qualification
• Experience working on residential and/or commercial building sites
• Understanding of the QBCC standard and tolerances preferred, training provided
• White Card preferably (but can be arranged to be complete before commencing in this role if not)
• Hold a current drivers Licence, own vehicle, reimbursement for travel will be covered
• Current First Aid Certificate preferably or undertake a refresher once started
• Provide your own general tools
