Indigenous Labourer

This is a great opportunity to join the construction team and gain hands-on experience in the residential building industry. Based at Yandina, this role offers the chance to further develop your skills, build your career, and grow into a Leading Hand or Senior Leading Hand role over time.

Position Description:

• Support day to day construction activities on a residential build
• Assist trades and site teams to ensure work progresses safely and efficiently
• For Leading Hand: undertake tasks such as painting touch ups, plastering, and basic carpentry
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Contribute positively to a collaborative, supportive site culture

Position Requirements:

• Labouring experience, ideally in residential construction
• Current White Card
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Own tools, steel cap boots and high vis (can be supplied if required)
• Desirable but not essential: Bobcat, Forklift or other relevant tickets.
