Based at Yandina, this is a permanent, full-time role (Monday-Friday), working closely with the Site Supervisor to ensure homes are delivered to a high standard and ready for handover.

Position Description:
- Work closely with the Site Supervisor to ensure homes are ready for client handover
- Complete scope gap works from other trades, including paint touch ups, basic carpentry and plastering
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks and prepare defect lists for trades and contractors
- Organise delivered materials and allocate them across site
- Liaise with contractors on site to support timely completion of works
- Assist with house and site clean ups as required
Position Requirements:
- Experience working on construction sites, ideally residential
- Background as a Leading Hand or experienced Labourer ready to step up
- Current White Card
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to complete / refresh)
- Own PPE (steel caps and high vis); tools preferred but can be provided
