The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly committed, passionate, and proactive Project Officer to drive recruitment for our employment-focused programs in the Rockhampton / Gladstone region. This role is not just about ticking boxes - it's about creating genuine pathways for success and making a lasting impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander job seekers, connecting them with the right employment and support services.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, employers, and training providers to create sustainable employment pathways.
  • Managing multiple contracts effectively, ensuring recruitment targets, reporting, and program objectives are met.
  • Working autonomously and proactively to drive outcomes, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving program needs.
  • Providing tailored support and expert guidance to ensure participants not only find jobs but thrive in them.
